What to expect

This interactive workshop event will give you practical principles and patterns to help you move fast at scale. You will learn why and how to apply these methodologies throughout your entire organisation, instead of focusing on just one department or team.

The Lean Enterprise workshop will explain how to take a scientific approach to developing products, processes and people while running large-scale programs of work.

In four hours, you will be well on your way to creating a capability that enables your organisation to transform continuously to meet internal, market and customer demands.
