DiUS is always to stay on the forefront of new tech / ways of working there’s always something interesting happening. But I think for me, it’s mostly about the variety of work that’s available.
I’ve had about 10 different engagements over my time and the role I play in each has been different, plus what I’m working on is different – from startups to big enterprise, working on apps, bots / ML, web, backend.
Additionally I’ve been able to work on some quite fulfilling projects a number in the mental health space. I also think the leadership are always willing to try things and take on any feedback – so I feel like I can help shape the environment.”
