Over the last couple of years we had been doing smaller versions of a Hack Day; we called them Spike Days. We wanted to give that learning an even bigger boost, by providing a way for everybody to experiment at once. Hence, a company-wide Hack Day.
A company-wide Hack Day is the next step in lifting the level of collaborative idea development and building knowledge within DiUS.
The important thing is to create your own definition for work that matters, and to deliberately lift the percentage of time you spend doing it.
Mr Handberg, who has an automotive industry background and a deep understanding of the global electric vehicle market, will help DiUS commercialise the revolutionary technology and facilitate investment from partners in the energy and electric vehicle industries or new entrants into these markets.
