Gen AI – A Technical Deep Dive

15 Aug 2023 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Generative AI - let’s set the scene.

About this event

Those of us in tech know that generative AI first emerged a number of years ago, but it’s now risen to the top of Twitter (or should it be Threads) quicker than you can say ChatGPT.

Generative AI could add up to $4.4 trillion annually to the global economy*, and grow even further, with more models being trained and new solutions being announced; making the landscape even more complex to navigate.

But what does this mean? If you’ve come this far you either:

1. Have some knowledge of generative AI and want to know more about how it works, and/or

2. Have a problem in mind and want to know how to get started with generative AI.

We’ve tried the tech, so let us share our insights with you.

Join us to hear from Shahin Namin— Principal Machine Learning Specialist—and Marc Phoa—ML Practice Lead—as they break down generative AI and take you on a technical deep dive. They’ll discuss the steps that go into building a generative AI solution, show examples, and highlight the things you’ll need to consider along the way.

When: 12.30-1.30pm AEST on Tuesday 15 August 2023

Where: Virtual [Zoom]
