We’re proud to announce that DiUS has been named a four-time finalist in the ARN Innovation Awards for 2020! DiUS was recognised for its partnership with bolttech in the Emerging Technology category and Spirit Telecom in the Digital Transformation category. DiUS was also thrilled to have two of its startups—Datarock and Pactflow—recognised in the ARN Innovation Awards.
Award winners will be announced later in the year on 2 December 2020.
In the Digital Transformation category, DiUS was recognised for its partnership with bolttech to build Click-to-Protec—a new machine learning-powered diagnostic capability that automates and simplifies bolttech’s device protection customer journey.
“Delivering a production-grade, computer vision driven customer experience needs more than technical expertise. It requires a deep understanding of the way humans interact with machines, and how to train machines to understand and process real world data and images.
“DiUS’ proven expertise in AI and learning-based image segmentation analysis helped bolttech rapidly progress from proof-of-concept, to production, to continuous delivery, with constantly improving model accuracy, accelerated training time, and zero downtime in the deployment of model updates.” – David Lynch, Group Chief Technology Officer, bolttech
In the Digital Transformation category, DiUS was recognised for its work with Spirit Telecom to build SpiritX—a new digital wholesale and consumer platform—to pivot and scale the telcos business and support an aggressive growth strategy.
In just six months, SpiritX has already processed 12,000 service qualifications and is expecting to double its active partners and resellers to 300 by December 2020. It’s expected that SpiritX will scale Spirit Telecom’s revenue to $80m from acquisition and sales through the platform.

After many successful collaborative consulting engagements, DiUS joined forces with Solve Geosolutions to build and commercialise a platform that would help mining and exploration companies take advantage of image segmentation technology.
Datarock is a new and innovative cloud-based and machine-learning powered platform that analyses drill core imagery and delivers fast, accurate and consistent information to mining and exploration companies.

Businesses are increasingly assembling their software applications into smaller units, integrating them through APIs and leveraging cloud-based services such as AWS to scale faster and be more agile in the market. This trend, however, comes with a number of challenges for organisations embarking on this journey.
Pactflow is an API testing and continuous delivery solution created to address these problems by automating the testing process that was previously manual and labour intensive.
Pactflow is a finalist in the Homegrown Innovators awards for the Independent Software Vendor category. Learn more about Pactflow.
