DiUS ranked #12 in the annual 2022 Australia Best Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work® Australia
Earlier this year, we embarked on a journey to become officially certified as a great place to work. There used to be a time when this was just something people would maybe say about their workplace to family or friends at a weekend BBQ. But today, a Great Place to Work® Certification™ is the most definitive “employer-of-choice” recognition that companies aspire to achieve.
It’s the only recognition based entirely on what employees say about their workplace experience–specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace. Great Place to Work® Certification™ is recognised worldwide, and is the global benchmark for identifying and recognising outstanding employee experiences.
Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 97 countries apply to become Great Place to Work® certified. And not only was DiUS officially certified, but we were ranked 12th in Australia’s Best Workplaces 2022 in the medium category!

How we did it
Our team of 150 navigators, spread across Australia, New Zealand and Japan, scored us at least 96% across all required statements for certification, which is well above the Australian average! So, for example, 96% of people at DiUS said it is a great place to work, compared to 56% of employees at a typical Australia-based company.
What our navigators had to say
Our navigators are passionate about helping our clients navigate the new, and hold us true to our promise. So, we were over the moon with some of the positive feedback they shared, including:
- 97% believe our customers would rate the service we deliver as ‘excellent’.
- 96% say they’re proud to tell others they work here.
- 96% confirmed that you’re made to feel welcome when you first join DiUS.
- 96% said our Leadership team is competent at running the business.
- 96% strongly endorse DiUS to friends and family as a great place to work.
What our co-founders had to say
Our co-founders, Joe Losinno and Clency Coutet, described it perfectly.
They said, “Over the last 18 years, DiUS has become a place for our team to call home and find meaning in the work they do. We live a shared set of values and behaviours that influences how we approach our work with others and our clients, and how we connect with each other. We celebrate and build on each other’s success by sharing our skills and knowledge, and deliver great outcomes and success for ourselves and our clients. And we have fun while we navigate the new.”
And they’re not wrong. Find out what our Navigators have to say on our DiUS Culture page. You can also learn more about DiUS on our Great Place to Work certification page. Or, if you want to come join us, check out our open opportunities on the DiUS Careers page.
